Janice Roland (Founder/Partner)
Janice Roland has been working in public relations and marketing over 25 years. She began her career in personal and product publicity and quickly moved over to events, running hundreds of film premieres and special events over the past few decades. Her presence on the red carpet puts talent, industry, and press at ease. Her area of expertise grew to encompass awards campaigns, film festivals, and film and television campaigns. Janice is a voting member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences.
Shannon Treusch (Founder/Partner)
Shannon Treusch has been working in public relations and marketing for over 25 years. She began her career in consumer marketing and research, and later moved into entertainment public relations. Since moving into publicity, she has handled hundreds of film campaigns as well as unit, corporate, personal, and television accounts. Favorite film campaigns over the years have included Hoop Dreams, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Being John Malkovich, Run Lola Run, and Y Tu Mamá También. Shannon is a voting member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences.
Steve Beeman (Founding Member/Senior Vice President)
With Falco Ink since its inception, Steve Beeman has worked in public relations and marketing for over fifteen years alongside Roland and Treusch. Among his notable campaigns are George Clooney’s Good Night and Good Luck, Richard Linklater’s Waking Life, Before Sunset, and A Scanner Darkly, Lee Toland Krieger’s Celeste and Jesse Forever, Michael Haneke’s Funny Games and Cache; Tom Six’s The Human Centipede (parts 1, 2 and 3), Ti West’s House of the Devil and The Innkeepers, Nicolas Winding Refn’s Bronson, Valhalla Rising and Only God Forgives, Bong Joon-Ho's The Host and Snowpiercer, and Gabriella Cowperthwaite’s Blackfish. Steve is a voting member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
Michelle DiMartino (Vice President)
Michelle DiMartino joined Falco Ink. in 2011 and oversees theatrical, multi-platform and festival releases. Michelle has recently worked on Screen Media’s release of The Outpost, directed by Rod Lurie and starring Scott Eastwood, Caleb Landry Jones and Orlando Bloom, which was one of the top movies in the country. Notable previous campaigns include Bridget Savage Cole and Danielle Krudy’s Blow the Man Down, Matt Ross’ Captain Fantastic, Louie Schwartzberg’s Fantastic Fungi, and the Netflix series Making a Murderer Parts 1 and 2, as well as launching festival campaigns for The Father, The Nest, The Personal History of David Copperfield and Late Night. In addition, she has helped plan and execute the annual New York Film Critics Circle Awards gala for several years.
Erica Abrams (Account Executive)
Starting out at Falco Ink as a publicity assistant, Erica has become an integral member of the Falco team. She oversees theatrical, digital and festival release campaigns. Recent theatrical campaigns include After The Wedding, Saudi Women’s Driving School, Dragged Across Concrete, Them That Follow, Far From The Tree, Weed The People and many more. Recent festival campaigns include Hearts Beat Loud, Little Monsters, All About Nina, Coming Home Again. She has also handled the publicity for The Museum of Illusions. Erica graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations and a minor in psychology.
Liza Connor (Account Executive)
Liza Connor joined Falco Ink in 2018. She oversees theatrical, digital, and festival release campaigns. Notable campaigns include Little Woods, Evil Genius, Maiden, The Mustang, Blow the Man Down, Teen Spirit and many more. Recent festival campaigns include The Personal History of David Copperfield, Seberg, Late Night. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with BA in Film, Television, and Theatre.
Adrianna Valentin (Account Executive)
Adrianna Valentin joined Falco Ink in 2019. She oversees theatrical, digital, and festival release campaigns. Notable campaigns include Allen v. Farrow, Run, Vast of Night, I’m Thinking of Ending Things, Secrets of the Whales, Transhood, and many more. Recent festival campaigns include Offseason, We’re All Going to the World’s Fair, Charm City Kings, and Worth. She graduated from Lafayette College with a B.A. in Psychology and Film and Media Studies.
Ricky Cruz (Director of Business Affairs)
Ricky has been with Falco Ink since 2014. He is responsible for conducting the company’s daily financial and operational functions, works directly with the Partners to develop major company policies for business operations, and further provides overall guidance regarding budgeting, purchasing, payroll and other related administrative needs.
