Janice Roland (Founder/Partner)
Janice Roland has been working in public relations and marketing over 25 years. She began her career in personal and product publicity and quickly moved over to events, running hundreds of film premieres and special events over the past few decades. Her presence on the red carpet puts talent, industry, and press at ease. Her area of expertise grew to encompass awards campaigns, film festivals, and film and television campaigns.
Shannon Treusch (Founder/Partner)
Shannon Treusch has been working in public relations and marketing for over twenty years. She began her career in consumer marketing and research and later moved into entertainment public relations. Since moving into publicity, she has handled hundreds of film campaigns as well as unit, corporate, personal, and television accounts. Favorite film campaigns over the years have included In the Company of Men, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Being John Malkovich, Run Lola Run, and Y Tu Mamá También.
Steve Beeman (Senior Vice President)
With Falco Ink since its inception, Steve Beeman has worked in public relations and marketing for over fifteen years alongside Roland and Treusch. Among his notable campaigns are George Clooney’s Good Night and Good Luck, Richard Linklater’s Waking Life, Before Sunset, and A Scanner Darkly, Lee Toland Krieger’s Celeste and Jesse Forever, Michael Haneke’s Funny Games and Cache; Tom Six’s The Human Centipede (parts 1, 2 and 3), Ti West’s House of the Devil and The Innkeepers, Nicolas Winding Refn’s Bronson, Valhalla Rising and Only God Forgives, Bong Joon-Ho's The Host and Snowpiercer, and Gabriella Cowperthwaite’s Blackfish.
Annie McDonough (Vice President)
Annie McDonough joined Falco Ink. in 2007 and handles both narrative and documentary film releases. Recent campaigns include Wash Westmoreland and Richard Glatzer’s Still Alice, Penn and Teller’s Tim’s Vermeer, David Holbrooke’s The Diplomat, Mike Lerner and Maxim Pozdorovkin’s Pussy Riot: A Punk Prayer, Kris Swanberg’s Unexpected, Shira Piven’s Welcome to Me, Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s Don Jon, Atom Egoyan’s Remember, Meera Menon’s Equity, Lorene Scafaria’s The Meddler and Barbara Kopple’s Miss Sharon Jones!.
Michelle DiMartino (Account Executive)
Michelle DiMartino joined Falco Ink. in 2011 and oversees theatrical, multiplatform and festival releases. Notable campaigns include Whit Stillman’s Love & Friendship, Matt Ross’ Captain Fantastic, Netflix’s Making a Murderer, James C. Strouse’s People, Places, Things, Nicolas Winding Refn’s Only God Forgives, and Gabriela Cowperthwaite’s Blackfish. In addition, she has helped plan and execute the annual New York Film Critics Circle Awards gala for several years.
April Tonsil (Account Executive)
April Tonsil oversees theatrical, digital and festival release campaigns at Falco Ink. Recent theatrical campaigns include The Light of the Moon, The Rape of Recy Taylor, The House of Tomorrow, All We Had, The Vanishing of Sidney Hall, Ordinary World, Coming Through the Rye, Careful What You Wish For, Welcome to Me, and Let’s Play Two:Pearl Jam. Recent festival campaigns include You Disappear, Hearts Beat Loud, White Fan, My Blind Brother, The Commune, Detour, Tiger Raid, and Ashby. April is a graduate of Saint John's University.
Victoria Vargas (Account Executive)
Victoria Vargas has worked within the entertainment public relations industry since graduating from The University of Colorado Boulder, and has become an integral part of the team, currently overseeing digital, theatrical and festival release campaigns at Falco Ink. Notable campaigns include Hearts Beat Loud, Eric Clapton: Life In 12 Bars, Where Is Kyra?, Roseanne for President!, Pearl Jam’s Let’s Play Two, Shadowman, All We Had, My Blind Brother.
Dominique McDonald (Publicist)
Dominique McDonald joined Falco Ink in July 2015. Her passion and vast knowledge of both traditional and online/digital space has led her to be an essential part of our campaigns. Notable film campaigns include Netflix's Mercury 13, Andy Serkis’ Breathe, Novitiate, The Seagull, Captain Fantastic, Beirut, Thoroughbreds, Dirty30, The Light of the Moon, The Boy Downstairs, and The Journey. Past festival films include Little Woods, Jonathan, The Incredible Jessica James, Night Comes On, Keep The Change, and The Commune. Dominique attended Howard University.
